Norfolk Reunion  2011 Schedule


Tuesday, September 13, 2011- Arrive at Crown Plaza hotel in Norfolk.  Registration.  Hotel rooms $99.00 + tax.  (700 Monticello Avenue, Norfolk VA 23511)  Hotel Number 757-627-5555, be sure to ask for USS Wright Alumni Association reservation.


Wednesday, September 14, 2011.  Departure from Hotel at 08:30 sharp to Naval Station Norfolk  Riding, Victory Rover Harbor Cruise, Nauticus, The National Maritime Center, and Battleship Wisconsin.  (Cost $69.00 per person with lunch included).Return to hotel at 16:00 p.m. 


Thursday, September 15, 2011 Annual official meeting in hospitality room at 5:00 p.m.  All hands to attend. Annual Auction to be held immediately following.
 
Friday, September 16, 2011.  Formal pictures will be taken prior to the banquet at 5:30 p.m.


Annual Banquet to be held in the hotel banquet room.  Cost of dinner $35.00 per person attending.  Open Bar will be available.


Choices for banquet dinner will be – North Atlantic Salmon or Grilled Marinated London Broil,  Tossed Garden Salad or Caesar Salad. (Rolls and Butter provided).Roasted Red Potatoes or Baby Glazed Carrots, and Chocolate Cake or Cheese Cake.
 
September 17, 2011, kisses and hugs goodbye, departure from the hotel.
